  • Coordinated appointments with clinical psychologists for psychological assessments, therapy & letters as needed

  • In-house lab work M-F with transparent/low cost pricing*

  • 30-60 minute appointments with physician (length chosen by you depending on what you need)

  • Procedures: Laceration repairs, mole removal, cyst removal, I&D of abscess, wart treatment, skin tag removal, pap smear, IUD placement, Nexplanon placement.

  • Same or next day access for urgent assessment needs

  • Text / phone access to provider for urgent needs

  • Flexible virtual appointment scheduling

*you may continue to use your private insurance for lab work

Pricing

Oregon Health plan

I will continue to care for patients who are insured by Oregon Health Plan at no extra cost. We will bill our services directly through your health plan.

For people who do not qualify for OHP and are unable to afford a monthly membership, we will also offer a sponsored membership that will be community supported.

Sponsored Membership

$60/month

For people who need a reduced monthly subscription fee due to financial concerns.

This membership fee will also be available to people seeking gender-affirming hormone care only, full-time students and children <18 years old.

Standard Membership

$120 / month

For each patient who subscribes to the practice at this rate, I will offer one additional partner / family subscription at the sponsored rate of $60/month.

Mutual Aid Fund

$ / month

For people who would like to donate / share resources to enable others to access the services and care provided in this practice. This money will be available for people who cannot afford the monthly subscription and do not qualify for OHP.
